This role will have be a combination of the following:

  • Account duties
  • HR and payroll support
  • Project co-ordination

Account Duties

  • Prepare and maintain monthly / annual financial statements such as Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement, Expense Statement etc
  • Annual Tax Filling. Prepare the necessary financial documents to ensure that the company is compliant with prevailing Singapore regulations
  • Submission of Annual Returns to ACRA. Prepare the necessary documents to ensure that the company is compliant with prevailing Singapore regulations
  • Send invoices to clients. Ensure that invoices are paid on time. Follow up with clients who have not paid
  • Prepare and process Director’s expense claims
  • Process employee’s expense claims

HR and payroll services

  • Prepare and maintain Employee/Freelancers contracts
  • Calculation of monthly Employee/Freelancers salary and statutory CPF deductions (if applicable)
  • Prepare salary disbursement schedule and payslips
  • Submission of monthly CPF/Reimbursement for employee and/or interns

Project co-ordination

  • Provide project administrative assistance
  • Prepare the contracts for the client to sign
  • Co-ordinate meetings between client and internal project stakeholders
  • Manage the delivery of the projects according to timelines
  • Attend meetings (virtual) to take notes and send meeting minutes to internal project stakeholders and clients
  • Add and update task on Asana

The Profile

  • You have some experience with accounts, payroll and/or administrative duties
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills
  • You are a self-starter
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
