We are looking for a Social Media Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate needs to have a solid grasp of the social media landscape and the expertise to plan and execute strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned clientele and its active projects.
  • Manage clients’ social media accounts, crafting of content angles, and create visual content on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and content across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Understand the overall client business objectives and develop strategies as required
  • Participate in interactions with consumers within our client’s social media channels
  • Work closely with the team to measure and report the growth & success of social media accounts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media/digital agency experience and client-facing experience
  • Ability to lead a small team to provide flawless social media execution for clients
  • Possess graphic design and copywriting skills
  • Addicted to social media and is constantly up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Strong project management skills
  • Team player with a cooperative spirit

Are you a storyteller who enjoys building creative visual content? We are seeking a professional to help drive social media activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter who’s eager to engage on new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan monthly social media content and publish them timely
  • Create visual content for various social media platforms with excellent instincts for the social media landscape
  • Story-telling through photography and videography, including but not limited to Instagram stories and reels
  • Reporting on activities, including insights which help shape and drive future content
  • Constant exploration and generation of new, original ideas through research on the latest social media trends
  • Keep up-to-date with current trends across several social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc.)

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of social media/content creation experience
  • Good sense of aesthetics and graphic design is a plus
  • Ability to always be innovating, initiating, and creating

Are you a driven individual with an interest in creating engaging social media content? If so, we would like to meet you! The ideal candidate should have exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape, and the expertise to drive branding, awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day client servicing role across delegated accounts
  • Involved in monthly social media campaigns to meet clients’ on-going business objectives
  • Identify social media trends and propose appropriate actions to increase growth and engagement
  • Drive content calendar planning and execution for all social media platforms (including but limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) to improve social media growth, traffic, and sales
  • Reporting on metrics, trends, competitive activity, and changes over time
  • Continuous review and active management of social media accounts 
  • Monitor the social media landscape for emerging trends and relevant processes

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of social media and/or creative/agency/media agency experience
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Possess extensive knowledge and experience of social media platforms
