No23 Collective is a boutique digital marketing agency that offers one-stop marketing solutions for growing businesses in the health, wellness and lifestyle sectors and we are looking for a visual content creator to shoot videos and take photos for our clients; these will be typically short-form videos used for social media and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conceptualise the visual content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Create and develop visual content (photos and videos) for websites and social media – conceptualising, scripting, shooting, and editing
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients for photoshoots and filming
  • Stay informed of trends, memes, and communities on IG, TikTok and LinkedIn. Identify opportunities for our client’s brand to participate in trending content
  • Be familiar with IG, TikTok and LinkedIn features, creator tools, and best practices
  • Report to clients on video performance and re-calibrate content if necessary every month

The Successful Applicant:

  • Based in Singapore
  • 2-3 years of related working videography experience in Digital Content and Social Media or other related fields
  • Experience with operating a DSLR/SLR camera and lighting equipment
  • Experience with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro/Lightroom/Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve or Capcut etc.
  • Understand the pre and post-production process of creating a video (e.g. storyboarding, editing with transitions, text overlays, subtitles, adding sound effects etc.)
  • An editing wiz that has the creative capability to salvage poor footage and edit it into something decent.
  • Understand how to craft a story with a captivating hook and a good balance of rhythm and emotion throughout the edit.
  • Familiar and proactive with incorporating AI tools/features into the workflow.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility, while also thriving as a collaborative team player.

Our team is looking for a visual content creator to shoot videos and take photos for our clients; these will be typically short-form videos used for social media that mainly focus on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conceptualise the visual content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Create and develop visual content (photos and videos) for social media – conceptualising, scripting, shooting, editing, and animating IG Reels and TikTok videos
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients for photoshoots and filming
  • Stay informed of trends, memes, and communities on IG, TikTok and LinkedIn, and identify opportunities for the brand to participate in trending content
  • Be familiar with IG, TikTok and LinkedIn features, creator tools, and best practices
  • Track and analyse video performance and re-calibrate content if necessary

The Successful Applicant:

  • Based in Singapore
  • 1-2 years of related working videography experience in Digital Content and Social Media or other related fields is an added advantage
  • Understands the pre and post-production process of creating a video (e.g. cutting and assembling raw footage, dubbing, adding sound effects etc.)
  • Prior experience in an agency would be preferred
  • History of creating content that performed well
  • Creative, innovative and always thinking outside of the box
  • Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable
  • Proactive go-getter and effective communicator
  • Experience with editing software like Final Cut Pro and editing app like inshot is an added advantage
  • Experience with a DSLR camera
  • Degree / Diploma

Are you a driven individual with interest in creating engaging social media content? If so, we would like to meet you! The ideal candidate should have exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape and the expertise to drive branding, awareness, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conceptualise the content strategy
  • Create content for social media (write, design, schedule and post)
  • Shoot and edit photos and videos for social
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Analyse and prepare social media reports for clients

The Successful Applicant:

  • Based in Singapore
  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in social media or digital marketing,
  • Prior experience from a marketing or media agency would be preferred
  • Possess extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
  • Able to shoot and edit photos and videos
  • Able to design graphics with Canva or Adobe Illustrator
  • Previous experience in an agency would be advantageous
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise and execute tasks effectively
